I'm looking for recommendations on how to pack a CED player, if you don't have packing tabs or any of the original packing materials?

I just sent a player to a fellow member of this forum. I used a box that fit approximately the size of the player, but with enough room on all sides to snugly fit 2 layers of about 3/4 inch styrofoam sheets. This should provide some safe padding. I wanted to make sure the player was snug inside the box so it would not shift within the box. Taped up all sides and corners. I did not lock down the stylus arm, which I believe is what the locking tabs do provide. I will find out how well it made it when it gets to him.
